Ai lindi ne Preveze ne 1788, edhe pse familja e tij ishte me origjine nga fshati Livanat. Babai i tij ishte klefti Andrea Andreuço, i cili ishte bere vellam me Ali Pashe Tepelenen. Odiseja u rrit ushtarakisht ne oborrin e Vezirit te Janines ju bashkua armates se Ali Pashe Tepelenes dhe u be nje nga oficeret e tij, por ne 1818 pasi u be anetar i organizates grekperhapese Finiqi Eteria. Pas rrethimit të A.p.T. në Janinë, me qëllim që të lehtësonte goditjet osmane kundër tij, kaloi në rreshtat e kryengritësve që luftonin kundër hënës për fitoren e kryqit. Shkëlqeu në disa luftime tejet të rrepta., si në përleshjen e famshme të Mesollonjës(gusht 1822).
